Level Construction is a general contractor/project manager, so it is our task to plan, budget, coordinate, schedule, and manage a project. We work on a mix of commercial and residential projects. The more complex a project becomes the more value we add to a project. We handle everything from bath and kitchen remodels to extensive home and business renovations, and we enjoy building custom homes. We can assist with the initial design to help get your ideas on paper. Once we have a good understanding of the project, we can establish a preliminary budget. From here we finalize the scope of work and budget, and then handle all aspects of the job until the last detail is completed. We are able to take you from start to finish or assist with only components of the project, which ever meets your needs best.
Taking a very proactive hands on management style along with our years of experience, ensures that projects flow through on time and budget with the customer always being up to date on the happenings of the project. We combine our management skills with a talented group of design professionals and skilled tradesman that we have been working with for years to make things happen.
